Advise and lead on a wide range of legal matters for EU/UK-focused and global ops
Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Prepare statements, minutes, terms of service, internal policies
Monitor compliance with statutory obligations; advise management
Identify and report risks; provide legal solutions to mitigate risk

🎯 Requirements

Master’s Degree in Law
At least 5 years experience in civil and corporate law
Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian civil and commercial law
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong English-language legal drafting skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
