YOUR ROLE:

  • We're seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own the entire customer lifecycle post-acquisition. You'll be the strategic force behind keeping our customers happy, engaged, and growing with us for years to come. This role combines analytical thinking with creative marketing execution to deliver measurable impact on our bottom line. Join our web hosting team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer growth, improving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing lifetime value through marketing initiatives.
  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Retention:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies across our customer base;
  • Analyze customer behavior data to identify churn risk factors and upsell opportunities;
  • Create customer segmentation strategies for targeted retention campaigns.
  • Growth & Upselling:
  • Design and implement upsell campaigns for hosting upgrades, premium features, and add-on services;
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across SiteGround product line;
  • Partner with product teams to develop upsell offerings;
  • Create compelling upgrade paths that align with customer growth trajectories.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Launch multi-channel upsell and retention campaigns (email, in-app, phone, advertising platforms, social media);
  • Develop renewal reminder sequences and win-back campaigns for lapsed customers;
  • A/B test messaging, timing, and offers to optimize campaign performance;
  • Create personalized customer journey flows based on hosting usage patterns.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor key retention metrics: churn rate, renewal rates, customer lifetime value, and expansion revenue;
  • Conduct regular cohort analysis to understand retention trends by customer segment;
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve retention strategies;
  • Report on campaign ROI and present insights to executive leadership.
  • OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • 3-5 years in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement;
  • Knowledge of web analytics and customer behavior tracking;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset;
  • Experience in SaaS, hosting, technology services or subscription-based industry preferred;
  • Ability to design innovative retention solutions;
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
