YOUR ROLE:

  • As an AI SEO Strategist, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies that maximize our company's visibility and ranking across both traditional search engines and the rapidly evolving AI-driven search landscape, including AI Overviews and LLMs. You will leverage advanced AI tools to optimize content, enhance website architecture, and craft compelling narratives, ensuring our brand achieves exceptional discoverability and strong performance in the AI landscape. Your expertise will bridge SEO best practices with AI innovation to drive traffic, conversions, and sustained organic growth.

    • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pioneering AI Search Visibility: Significantly elevate our brand's presence and favorable positioning within AI Overviews, LLM surfaces, and other emerging AI-driven search experiences.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Growth: Develop and execute innovative SEO and AI content strategies that lead to tangible improvements in search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, all backed by robust data analysis and continuous optimization.
  • Technical & Content Excellence: Navigate the optimization of all aspects of our digital presence – from technical site architecture and schema markup to compelling, AI-optimized content – ensuring both machine understanding and human engagement.
  • AI-first Innovation & Adaptation: Proactively monitor AI developments in content marketing and search, identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborative Impact: Smooth integration with our content and development teams, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure that all digital assets are optimized for maximum discoverability and performance.

    • OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in English, with a strong focus on technical SEO, content optimization and most recently, AI optimization;
  • Hands-on experience optimising for AI-driven SERP features (e.g., SGE/AI Overviews, ChatGPT Browse, Perplexity);
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4);
  • Prior work with AI visibility tracking platforms (e.g., Profound, Brandtech, Peec.AI);
  • Content leadership: ability to brief, edit and QA high-E-E-A-T long-form that aligns to search intent, structure, and business goals;
  • Leverages AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate work while applying critical judgment;
  • Solid understanding of content marketing funnel and distribution;
  • Prior experience with link building with external organizations.
