Site Selection Program Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of site selection from screening to lease execution and delivery readiness.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor deal status, milestones, risks.
• Coordinate across Site Selection, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external partners.
• Ensure Salesforce and internal systems reflect real-time pipeline data and deal progression.
• Track dependencies across multiple site opportunities and escalate blockers.
• Support executive summaries, deal review materials, and approval packages.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program/project management, site selection, or infrastructure development.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Strong attention to detail; structured tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficiency with CRM/pipeline systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication; clearly present updates, risks, and recommendations.
