🎯 Requirements

- Deep knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, utilities, and permitting.
- Experience leading commercial lease negotiations and due diligence workflows.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume project pipelines with accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
