Site Selection Associate

📋 Description

• Model the Business: design and pressure-test financial models for data center investments.
• Own Leadership Reporting: prepare materials for senior management and the Board.
• Execute Transactions: support LOIs, PSAs, and leases; manage diligence to funding.
• Shape Location Strategy: define markets/submarkets by power, demand, and competition.
• Evaluate Opportunities: underwrite sites and leases; surface risks.
• Build Market Intelligence: maintain land/transaction comps and pipeline; inform investments.

🎯 Requirements

• Background: 2–4 years in infrastructure or real estate investment; modeling and leases.
• Industry Familiarity: data center, industrial, or infrastructure assets.
• Communication Skills: distill complex analysis into executive-ready decks.
• Nice to Have: investment banking, real estate, or data center development experience.
• Nice to Have: familiarity with utility interconnection processes.
