📋 Description

• Maintain Salesforce entries for site selections.
• Create, update, and track deal records with site details and milestones.
• Monitor status across active and prospective sites.
• Support dashboards, reports, and data field development.
• Organize due diligence materials (power, maps, zoning, utility data).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable informed decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data analysis, real estate ops, site selection support, or program coordination.
• Proven Salesforce experience.
• Strong Excel, Google Workspace, Smartsheet skills.
• Ability to synthesize information for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and data hygiene discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Geography, Real Estate, or related field.
