Site Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist daily campus security operations and monitor contract security.
• Perform daily health checks of access control, video, and intrusion systems.
• Process badge and access requests per provisioning/deprovisioning rules.
• Respond to security alarms, document incidents, and initial investigations.
• Assist drills and exercises for site team and security training needs.
• Support audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST) with data and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of security experience.
• 2–3 years in high-security environments (data centers or critical infra).
• Strong proficiency with Genetec, Axis, and HID platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001; NIST knowledge a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for incident reporting.
