Oversee SCIF construction, modification, expansion per ICD 705 and TEMPEST
Ensure SCIF meets ICD 705, 705-1, 705-2 security standards
Manage SCIF accreditation lifecycle: initial, interim, re-accreditation, de-accreditation
Implement SOPs for SCIF operations; coordinate with engineering/GC
Coordinate CSA/AO documentation, inspections and waivers
Support personnel security with government partners and USG reporting

🎯 Requirements

Active U.S. Top Secret clearance; willing to obtain TS/SCI
3+ years managing or operating a SCIF or similar facility
Familiarity with USG systems (DISS, NBIS, NISS) and TEMPEST
ICD-705 Certification
Able to work 3 days per week in the office
Knowledge of ICD-705, NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), and IC directives
