Design and maintain device management for remote devices using UEM/MDM.
Develop observability pipelines to track device health and performance.
Own end-to-end OTA firmware updates, rollback, and OS hardening.
Participate in on-call rotations; perform RCA to improve reliability.
Build automated remediation for edge issues without manual intervention.
Architect remote provisioning for a global fleet of Linux, iPads, and Android devices.

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in CS/SE/Robotics or equivalent.
7+ years in SRE/DevOps with IoT/remote devices.
Deep Linux/Unix skills (Debian/Ubuntu), Python/Bash, TCP/IP, MQTT, CoAP, DNS.
IoT security: secure boot, encryption, cert management.
Python/Rust/Go with Ansible/Terraform for fleet config.
Experience with enterprise MDM/UEM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune, FleetDM, etc.).
Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.
