Monitor, operate, and improve production voice and cloud platform environments.
Support Asterisk-based VoIP systems, SIP call flows, routing, interoperability, and troubleshooting.
Analyze signaling, media, network, and platform issues using logs and PCAPs.
Maintain CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, dashboards, runbooks.
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, upgrades, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

Experience supporting Linux-based production systems and distributed cloud environments.
Hands-on AWS: EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, load balancers, CloudWatch.
Strong troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, networking, and deployment.
CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, and ops workflows.
Strong communication and documentation for cross-functional teams.
