Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability and performance of apps.
Assist with automation, CI/CD of applications and configurations.
Help teams design solid foundations and best practices for production services.
Support infrastructure dependencies across teams.
Help teams identify, design, and monitor SLIs and SLOs.
Design and implement cross-company resilient tools, infrastructure and processes.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of full-time software engineering in a relevant role (SRE/DevOps/Infra)
Experience with software engineering best practices – design patterns, code reviews, testing.
Ability to communicate technical specifications both verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to remove toil from a system.
Distributed systems and infrastructure background preferred.
