🎯 Requirements
- Observability practices in distributed systems
- Practical SRE concepts (SLOs, error budgets, incident management)
- 3–5+ years in software eng, SRE, DevOps, or prod engineering
- Cloud-native platforms and infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Working knowledge of at least one language (TypeScript/Node.js a plus)
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate complex reliability concepts into actionable guidance
- Enjoy enabling teams to succeed independently
