Site Manager

📋 Description

• Plans, directs, and oversees facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, and equipment.
• Drives KPI improvements for Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time, and defects.
• Trains and coaches staff to work safely and follow standard work.
• Drives site financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensures compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports.
• Implements and monitors safety and HR compliance, asset protection, and QA reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a fast-paced environment and leading a blended workforce of W2 and 1099 employees
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills with conflict resolution
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite
