Site Manager

📋 Description

• Plans and directs all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drives KPI improvements: order picking time, dwell time, drive time, cost per order.
• Trains and coaches associates to work safely following standard processes.
• Drives financial performance; ensures budgeted productivity and expenses are met.
• Ensures compliance with Gopuff policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implements safety, HR compliance, asset protection, QA reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a fast-paced environment leading blended W2/1099 workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Google Suite.
