🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in fast-paced ops with blended W2/1099 teams
- Retail/grocery/military/restaurant or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite
- Ability to lead in a changing environment
- Able to stand, bend, reach, walk; lift up to 49 pounds
