Site Manager

📋 Description

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work; oversee Driver Partners.
• Manage site financials to meet productivity, labor, and expense targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; analyze reports.
• Lead action plans to improve safety, culture, and financial performance; support peak hours and weekend coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in fast-paced environments leading W2/1099 staff.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong conflict resolution; team development and engagement.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Google Suite; ability to adapt in changing environments.
