📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day venue operations in Lisbon, ensuring service quality.
• Manage on-site staff: scheduling, delegation, timecards, and reports.
• Run sessions across the week, leading by example for the team.
• Ensure experiences run smoothly, on time, with minimal disruptions.
• Maintain show elements, equipment, and facility readiness.
• Coordinate end-to-end corporate and private events from inquiry to execution.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build the brand in the city through partnerships and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or related field.
• Fluent Portuguese; English preferred.
• Budgeting and cost control experience.
• Leadership and effective communication.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; multitask.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
