Plans and directs all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, and equipment
Drives improvements to KPIs such as order picking time and dwell time
Trains and coaches associates to work safely following standard work
Accountable for site's financial performance including productivity and expenses
Ensures compliance with Gopuff policies and regulatory requirements
Develops action plans to improve performance and execute company programs

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in fast-paced env leading blended W2/1099 workforce
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Conflict resolution and team development skills
Proficiency with computer usage, email, and Google Suite
