📋 Description

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility ops.
• Lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Ops Associates.
• Oversee deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive KPI improvements: Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time.
• Ensure budgeted productivity and expenses are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading a workforce in fast-paced settings.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent exp.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and team development.
• Adaptable to changing environment; change agent.
