📋 Description

• Plans and directs all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
• Drive KPI improvements: order picking time, dwell time, and drive time
• Drive financial performance to meet budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
• Implement HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and QA reviews
• Develop action plans and provide guidance to execute programs and protect records

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading a workforce in fast-paced environments
• Experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict resolution and team development skills
• Flexible schedule including peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends/holidays
