• Oversee the facility’s operations
• Work in a fast-paced field operations environment

• Focus on delivering a perfect customer experience
• Align with company goals and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading a workforce in fast-paced environments
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Conflict resolution and team development skills
• Able to handle changing schedules; 5pm–3am; weekends/holidays
