Lead teams across retail and MFC to drive profitability.

Ensure proper staffing and scheduling across sites.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven PM.
Leadership and multi-location management experience.
Proven ability to lead, develop, retain high-performing staff.
Strong analytical skills; drive results in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Degree in Business/Operations/SCM or related field preferred; travel up to 90% and peak hours.
