Develop and implement ops strategies to boost productivity, quality, and service.
Establish D2C vs B2B flow paths, picking methods, and shipping specs.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven Site Leader or similar leadership in large-scale fulfillment/distribution.
Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and shipping.
Experience leading large teams of hourly and salaried staff.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with WMS and safety regulations; strong financial acumen for budgeting.
