Site Leader

📋 Description

• Plans and directs all facility operations (deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems).
• Drives KPI improvements (order picking, dwell time, drive time, defect rate, cost per order).
• Drives site financials by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and costs.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve performance and guide management.
• Trains site leadership to control expenses and labor to meet budget.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environments leading a blended workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and team development skills.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules including 5pm-3am and weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 49 pounds.
