🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced environments leading teams.
• Experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Conflict resolution and team development skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
