Site Human Resources Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce development.
• Provide strategic and hands-on HR support at Core Scientific site.
• Lead safety training, OSHA logs, and workplace compliance with operations.
• Maintain employee records, coordinate training and vendor services.
• Partner with operations to promote a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace.
• Support HR policy implementation and internal communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience; field-based HR preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, safety training standards, and injury reporting.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• On-site in Muskogee, OK; some nights/weekends may be required.
• Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
