🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or business (Master’s preferred)
- 8–12+ years of operations leadership in e-commerce/omnichannel/high-volume fulfillment
- Proven experience managing large, multi-shift teams in fast-paced fulfillment
- Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment workflows and last-mile delivery
- Data-driven decision-making and KPI management skills
- Experience leading automation, technology, and change initiatives
- Financial acumen with site-level P&L or budget ownership
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays; flexible schedules
