• Ensure cross-discipline coordination and optimal patient flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in office settings, healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years P&L management experience.
• Board-certified behavior analyst (preferred).
• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel occasionally for trainings or area initiatives.
