🎯 Requirements
- Fluent Turkish and English
- Graduate or higher degree
- Experience in CRO or clinical site
- 5+ years drafting/negotiating CTAs, vendor contracts, budgets
- Extensive site contract/budget negotiation experience in Turkey
- Proven ability to lead interactions with study teams
