Track and manage an array of agreements to meet study milestones.
Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, vendor agreements, and other client contracts.
Update study teams on contract status and escalate issues as needed.
Establish, track and report site contract metrics.
Maintain contract files and databases; support policy design and timely execution.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate or postgraduate or 4-year college degree.
Experience in a CRO/healthcare field.
5+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating CTAs, Vendor Contracts and Site Budgets.
Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
Knowledgeable on Contracting Plans—Guides for CTA & Budget negotiations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
