- Review, draft and negotiate site contracts and related agreements (MSAs, vendor).
- Work with study teams and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
- Ensure adherence to contracting policies, procedures and standards.
- Update study teams on contract status and execution.
- Establish, track and report site contract metrics.
- Maintain contract files and archiving; support timely execution improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.
- Experience in a CRO/healthcare field.
- 5+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating CTAs, vendor contracts and site budgets.
- Experienced leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsor.
- Knowledgeable on setting up contracting plans and CTA & budget negotiations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail.
