- 5+ years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating CTAs, vendor contracts and budgets.
- Experienced leading interactions with study teams and Sponsors.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in law, science, business or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
