🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• Experience coordinating with clinical, operational, and shared services.
• Strong communication with families and leadership.
• Ability to optimize scheduling to fit client needs and provider capacity.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Axon, Smart Scheduling, Salesforce.
• On-site presence required.
