📋 Description

• Coordinate patient and provider scheduling to optimize service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for families and coordinate communication.
• Collaborate with site leadership and shared services (RCM, Scheduling).
• Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and capacity-aligned scheduling.
• Maintain cohesive site culture and high standards of care.
• On-site presence to manage scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• Ability to operate on-site in Irvine, CA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication.
• Experience coordinating with clinical, operational, and RCM teams.
• Must be comfortable managing client cancellations and scheduling.
