🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA or related healthcare.
• Excellent communication with families and clinical teams.
• Experience with scheduling tools/CRM (Salesforce, Axon, Smart Scheduling).
• Skilled at handling cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlists.
• Ability to design scheduling plans maximizing provider capacity.
• On-site role requiring prompt issue resolution with providers.
