Report to Site Manager and site management team.
Maintain high cleanliness; clean as you go and weekly deep clean.
Clean communal areas; maintain health and safety standards.
Work with management to keep site safe and clean via checks.
Assist with dispatching: move food to dispatch area; help with orders and riders.
Keep kitchen equipment clean and ready for use during the shift (pot wash).
