Site Acquisition Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare site presentation packets for leadership with property flyers, demographics, and KMZ files.
• Manage and review weekly status reporting on all site acquisition projects.
• Perform in-depth market research with city staff, brokers, and economic development teams.
• Conduct market analyses on properties to determine highest market value.
• Coordinate entitlement processes with vendors and city staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on site layouts and pre-construction elements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience; Real estate development experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate development best practices.
• Strong verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivation; able to make independent decisions; problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
