🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including managers and distributed locations.
Experience leading software components in distributed systems or database engines.
Deep knowledge of file systems, concurrency, multithreading, and server architectures.
Expertise in query optimization, execution, and processing.
Experience developing and debugging system-level C/C++, particularly on Linux.
Strong ability to design and develop new systems to enhance database performance.
