Be the single point of contact from contract receipt to closing.
Prepare closing documents to ensure title insurance issued at closing.
Maintain accuracy, attention to detail; prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years closing experience required
Excellent customer service; professional with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of escrow process and closing documents; able to review/analyze
Experience with Qualia/Resware; SoftPro or similar software preferred
Multi-state experience a major plus
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills; deadline-driven
Team player; helps teammates succeed
Ability to be licensed in Texas
