Single Seat Escrow Officer

📋 Description

• Own the escrow closing process from receipt to closing.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements.
• Prepare closing documents to issue title insurance at closing.
• Serve as single point of contact for Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Lenders.
• Oversee disbursement-related documents including checks and receipts.
• Verify all documents and funds before disbursement to ensure accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years closing experience required.
• Excellent customer service with Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Lenders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of escrow processes and closing documents; ability to review/analyze docs.
• Experience with Qualia/Resware strongly preferred; Softpro or similar also considered.
• Multi-state experience is a major plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills; deadline-driven.
• Team player attitude.
