Own the escrow closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate contracts and lender instructions.
Prepare closing documents to ensure title insurance at closing.
Maintain high accuracy, attention to detail; prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines.
Collaborate with title department to resolve title issues (legal descriptions, easements, liens).
Oversee issuance of checks, bills, receipts, and documents to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct closing with customer, realtor, lenders, and attorneys.

🎯 Requirements

Real estate experience preferred: 1 year+
Knowledge of legal documents for closings; ability to analyze
Ramquest, Resware, SoftPro, LandTech experience
Commercial or multi-state real estate experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain Texas license
