Single Seat Escrow Officer

📋 Description

• Own the escrow closing process from contract to closing.
• Manage closings per contracts, lender instructions, title rules.
• Be single point of contact for Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Lenders.
• Prepare closing docs to ensure title insurance at closing.
• Oversee issuance of checks, receipts, and related documents.
• Secure documents required for title insurance issuance.
• Coordinate with title dept to resolve title issues.
• Verify funds, signatures, and disbursements before recording.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years closing experience required.
• Excellent customer service with Buyers/Sellers/Agents/Lenders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of escrow process and closing docs; ability to review.
• Experience with Qualia/Resware; SoftPro or similar preferred.
• Multi-state experience a major plus.
• Texas licensure required.
