- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and SDRs on promos and follow-up.
- Align speaker sessions, demos, and product content with Product Marketing.
- Maintain and update the event playbook for repeatable, high-quality execution.
π― Requirements
- 4+ years in event marketing or event operations (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Experience executing events in Europe and North America (preferred).
- Strong logistics management and end-to-end coordination.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, project-management tools, and event tech.
- Freelance/contract experience is a plus.
