  • Manage end-to-end event logistics for sponsored and partner events.
  • Coordinate with organizers, vendors, shipping, AV, and design teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across booths, signage, demos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and SDRs on promos and follow-up.
  • Align speaker sessions, demos, and product content with Product Marketing.
  • Maintain and update the event playbook for repeatable, high-quality execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in event marketing or event operations (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Experience executing events in Europe and North America (preferred).
  • Strong logistics management and end-to-end coordination.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, project-management tools, and event tech.
  • Freelance/contract experience is a plus.
