Team Lead – Fullstack (Node.js + React) | Hybrid, Prague

We’re looking for a Fullstack Team Lead to join our Prague-based incubation team and take the lead on building scalable, high-impact web apps while mentoring and enabling a small team of engineers.

You’ll balance leadership and technical contribution – around 60% coding, 40% leadership. If you love building things that matter and helping others grow, this is your kind of role.

• Lead a small team of engineers (2–5 people), helping them grow and deliver their best work

• Stay hands-on with development – from backend in Node.js to frontend in React

• Own delivery of end-to-end features, from design to production

• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other engineers

• Set direction for architecture, tooling, and dev practices

• Ensure high-quality, scalable code and strong DevOps practices

• Node.js, React, TypeScript, Redis, Docker, cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP)

• CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing culture (unit/integration)

• GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma, Jira

• Agile development, lean cross-functional teams

• Has 5+ years of experience in fullstack or backend/frontend roles

• Is confident in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and ideally infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, cloud)

• Has prior experience leading people or mentoring engineers

• Loves writing clean code, solving real product problems, and helping teams grow

• Is fluent in English
