• Based at Silos Baking Co., Waco, TX.
• Reports to the Assistant Store Manager; no supervisory responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens) preferred.
• Cash wrap and POS duties handled efficiently.
• Educate guests by presenting the menu and answering questions.
• Prepare and sell food and drink following approved recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; adhere to safety standards.
