We are hiring an SDR who opens doors, starts sharp conversations, and creates qualified pipeline for our AEs.
You will spend 3 days per week in our Birmingham office on Colmore Row, with the remaining days for focused work. We value time together for coaching, collaboration, and learning from one another. We also operate globally with teams in the US, Denmark, Germany, and Australia.
Book qualified first meetings for our Account Executives across public and private sectors
Run thoughtful multi-channel outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn that speaks to real problems customers care about: accessibility, UX, performance, and compliance
Research accounts, personalise messages, and ask clear discovery questions to uncover need and urgency
Keep your pipeline clean in Salesforce and partner closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns
Communicate customer outcomes simply and confidently
1+ years’ experience as an SDR or BDR in SaaS or a similar environment, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
Organised, coachable, and comfortable with modern sales tools, Salesforce experience is a plus
Confident on the phone, crisp in writing, and strong at building rapport quickly
Resilient, competitive, and motivated by clear targets and career growth
You have a legal right to work without sponsorship in the UK, you are fluent in English and able to commute to our Birmingham office on Colmore Row three days per week
Base salary: £28,000 to £40,000
OTE: £55,000 to £75,000, uncapped commission with accelerators and real potential to earn more
