Operate and maintain deposition systems (PVD) for thin film deposition.
Operate wet and dry etching; develop and optimize etch processes.
Develop deposition recipes by tuning temperature, pressure, gas flow, and precursors.
Monitor processes with in-situ sensors and XRF/ellipsometry for uniformity.
Collaborate with process integration and lithography teams to qualify materials.
Document data and DOE contributions; train technicians.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, math, or science
1+ year manufacturing experience
Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends
Able to travel up to 10% for vendors
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
