🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in hardware system design and SerDes testing for data centers
- Bias toward action; won't take no for an answer.
- System-level SI design experience from chip to rack (SerDes to PCB)
- Experience with PCB, connector and cable design
- Strong desire to learn and share knowledge clearly
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions
