- Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional program and project management; end-to-end delivery.
- Analytical, systems-thinking mindset; use data and tooling to improve efficiency.
- Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
