  • 7+ years in People Operations, HR Programs, or related function in high-growth environments.
  • Experience designing and scaling programs across the employee lifecycle in fast-moving, global tech.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional program and project management; end-to-end delivery.
  • Analytical, systems-thinking mindset; use data and tooling to improve efficiency.
  • Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
